Terms of service
The agreement between you and URL Flow. It covers how earning works, what will get an account suspended, and how withdrawals are handled.
Last updated August 7, 2026
By creating an account or using URL Flow (a product of Flowpera.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. We have tried to write this in plain language — where something is a hard rule, we say so directly.
1. The service
URL Flow lets you create shortened links. Visitors who open one of your links see a content page with advertising, and after a countdown they continue to your destination URL. You earn for valid visits at the rates published on our payout rates page.
Rates reflect what advertisers currently pay in a given market and may change at any time. Changes apply to visits recorded after the change; they are never applied backwards to earnings already credited.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, and not barred from using the service under any applicable law or sanctions regime.
- If you use URL Flow on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, so tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has access.
- One account per person. Duplicate or linked accounts created to multiply earnings or referrals may all be suspended.
- Verify your email address. Some features, including withdrawals, stay unavailable until you do.
4. Your links and content
You keep ownership of the destinations you link to and any content you submit. You are responsible for having the right to share them, and for making sure they comply with these terms and the law in the places your audience is.
You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service — storing your links, serving the interstitial page, and displaying any article you submit and we publish.
5. Prohibited content and behaviour
You may not create links that point to, or share links in ways that involve:
- Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive downloads.
- Illegal content, or content that infringes anyone else's rights.
- Adult content, graphic violence, harassment, or hate speech.
- Spam of any kind, including unsolicited bulk messaging and mass posting into communities that did not ask for it.
- Impersonating another person, brand, or URL Flow itself, or misrepresenting where a link leads.
- Artificial traffic of any kind: bots, click farms, auto-refreshing, proxies or VPNs used to inflate or disguise visits, paid-to-click and click-exchange schemes, incentivised clicking, or repeatedly opening your own links.
You also may not attempt to bypass, script, or reverse-engineer the interstitial page or the countdown, or interfere with the security and availability of the service.
6. Valid visits and earnings
- A valid visit is a genuine human visitor who opens your link and remains on the article page until the countdown completes.
- Visits are counted once per visitor per link within a 24-hour window. Repeat opens inside that window do not earn again.
- Earnings are calculated from the visitor's country at the published rate for that country, or the default rate where no specific rate is listed.
- Our fraud systems determine whether a visit is valid, and that determination is final. Traffic identified as automated or incentivised earns nothing.
- We may withhold, reverse, or cancel earnings generated through fraud or any breach of these terms, including after they have been credited.
7. Referrals
You may invite other people using your referral link and earn a commission on their link earnings at the published percentage. Referral commission is paid by us in addition to their earnings — it is never deducted from what the person you referred receives.
Self-referral, referring accounts you also control, and any scheme built to generate referral commission from traffic that is not genuine are prohibited and will result in the removal of the commission and possible suspension.
8. Pro membership
Pro is an optional one-time upgrade purchased from your account balance. It unlocks additional controls over how your links behave, as described on the membership page at the time of purchase. Because it is paid from earned balance and takes effect immediately, Pro upgrades are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change which features sit behind Pro. If we move a feature you already paid for out of your plan, we will tell you first.
9. Article submissions
Members who can submit articles may send original writing for publication on our blog. Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or edited. Do not submit work you did not write, content generated to game search engines, or anything that would breach section 5. We may unpublish any article at any time.
10. Withdrawals
- You may request a withdrawal once your balance reaches the minimum for your chosen payout method.
- Requests are reviewed and processed manually, so allow a few working days. The requested amount is held from your balance while a request is pending.
- If a request is rejected, the held amount returns to your balance and we will tell you why.
- You are responsible for providing correct payout details. We cannot recover money sent to an incorrect account you supplied.
- Any taxes owed on your earnings are your responsibility, not ours.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud, or where required by law.
Where an account is closed and the balance was earned legitimately, we will pay out the remaining valid balance subject to the usual minimums. Where the balance came from prohibited traffic, it is forfeited.
12. Intellectual property
The URL Flow name, branding, site design, and articles we publish ourselves belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them beyond what normal use of the service requires. Content you submit remains yours, as described in section 4.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular level of earnings, traffic, uptime, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. See our disclaimer for more detail.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, URL Flow and Flowpera.com are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost earnings, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount we have paid you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from the destinations you link to, the content you submit, or your breach of these terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most disputes are resolved quickly by email.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will highlight significant changes on this page.
